The UKHO is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
The application process will require you to give some personal or confidential information,
such as contact information or information about products you are developing. This
information is used to contact you, to process your request to reproduce our material,
to manage our relationship with you and to keep records, for 15 years, of people
we have licenced.
We will not use the information for any other purpose and we will only pass this
information to organisations whose data you are re-using as a result of our licences
(so that they can also manage their relationship with you).
